The UK housing sector is broken and new housing is not addressing the dangers inherent in Climate Change. With a housing stock largely built over 50 years ago, there is a big problem bringing them up to a standard that can offer modern living facing Global Warming. This book offers a manifesto to resolve these issues and at no cost to the Treasury.
