Government Communication On The Social Web
What we are seeing here is evidence that multi media communication is more effective. But we knew that - didn't we?
Sorry, but what we are actually seeing here is that someone can design an interesting experiment, not implement it very well and then make unwarranted generalisations based on some dodgy results.
The results Daniel presented are not statistically significant in the slightest.
I asked him about it in Ghent and he admitted that he could not even calculate the strengths of the correlations he discussed, the numbers were too small.
