MindTouch has released a beta version of an "instant wiki" system at the rather nice

Jack Schofield on his Webwatch blog. It really is a beta, as I discovered by doing a quick bit of copy-and-paste to create a wiki about
Pictures at an Exhibition. It's also not clear how anybody else would add to it.
It seems pretty straightforward to add addtional users, you can do so from the Control Panel, or allow any user to create an account by toggling this setting in the Control Panel.
